  • Are all your products vegan?

    YES! Everything on the Kindly website is, and will always be, 100% vegan.

  • Where do you deliver?

  • When will I receive my order?

    We deliver orders Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours, for orders placed before 10am Mon-Thu, but occasionally we may take longer if we’re very busy. We will contact you first via email to arrange a delivery day and time that suits you. For more information on deliveries check Where do we deliver.

  • Can I choose my delivery day and time?

    We deliver Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am-5pm. We contact each customer via email to arrange the best delivery day and time to suit you.

  • Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

    No you don’t. If our driver arrives when you’re not at home, they will follow your instructions and leave the delivery in your designated safe place. Please note that if you order chilled items you may want to ensure you are home at the time of delivery.

  • Is there a minimum order value and delivery charge?

    Orders of £40 and over qualify for FREE delivery, and orders up to the value of £39.99 are charged a flat delivery rate of £4.99. There is no minimum order value.

  • What is your allergens policy?

    Kindly of Brighton handles gluten, soya, sulphites, celery, celeriac and nuts. We take every preventative measure but cannot guarantee no cross contamination.

  • Can I recommend a product you don’t stock?
